Due to considerable growth, an established electrical and facilities management business is looking for Maintenance and Approved Electricians to join its team across London and the South-East.

Youβll carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across a variety of sites, ensuring systems remain safe, compliant and operating as they should.

βͺοΈ Planned and reactive electrical maintenance, repairs and fault-finding
βͺοΈ Maintaining systems in line with current IET Wiring Regulations
βͺοΈ Supporting major and minor maintenance works
βͺοΈ Completing risk assessments and following safe working practices
βͺοΈ Liaising with clients, facilities teams and site staff
βͺοΈ Completing job reports and documentation
βͺοΈ Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and compliance

πͺπππ§ πͺπβπ₯π ππ’π’πππ‘π ππ’π₯
βͺοΈ City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3, or equivalent
βͺοΈ City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing, or equivalent
βͺοΈ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
βͺοΈ ECS Gold Card, or the full qualifications required to obtain one
βͺοΈ Full UK driving licence
βͺοΈ Clean enhanced record and ability to obtain DBS clearance
βͺοΈ Good IT skills and confidence using mobile devices
βͺοΈ Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in commercial or educational environments would be an advantage.
β οΈ All qualifications must be current and in date due to end-client requirements.
