This isn’t a traditional Hardware Manager role.

You’ll be the hands-on technical lead, owning the hardware and robotics from architecture and prototyping through to manufacturing, Shenzhen suppliers and real-world sea trials.

Then you’ll build and lead the hardware engineering team as the company scales. 👥

You’ll work alongside a globally recognised Chief Science Officer and an incoming CTO from MIT faculty, developing technology that doesn’t exist yet.
